Project Manager

Activitek or its authorized distributor offers a service ‘Manager Project’ to define a complete process for planification of products and services offered. A constant follow-up between attributed parties responsible for the organizational client project and supplier of services which will ensure the work accomplished according to a specific deadline.

The project manager will take into consideration the following steps :

  • Delivery of goods and services
  • Validation of the technological environment of the client
  • Analyses and validation of the data client base
  • Conversion or transfer of the data base
  • Verification of user needs for each user group
  • Internet access creation for ‘Domain name links, etc.’
  • Training deadline implementation
