This system is the logical continuation to reserve locations or individuals of contact manager registered in interaction with the activity module and the resource module.

This module ensures the following functions :

  • Facility/time slot availability reservations.
  • Equipment reservations.
  • Human resource reservations.
  • Service reservations.
  • An additional reservation.
  • Links the human resource reservations to certain facility/time slot availability reservations.
  • Processes check-in/check-out order forms for the equipment .
  • The status of the equipment indicating if its broken or available upon making a reservation.
  • Billing by hour.
  • Billing by session.
  • When a resource reservation is booked all other reservations are blocked automatically.
  • Internet reservations.
  • Cancellation fee possible by billing.
  • Enter attendance associated with sessions.This module allows us to know at any given moment where your equipment is located, prints rental and delivery equipment forms.
  • Loan and return forms.
  • Calculates automatically fees according to the current prices.
