The citizen
interface is the municipal window to the recreational activities
directly accessible through the internet for the population. The
citizen would be able to verify all offered activities, obtain
a greater services knowledge, access to a real time bi-directional
communication to execute at all time (24 hours) their registrations
and reservations in the comfort of their own homes.
This software
package allows you to:
- Enter
and manage a database on participants (last name, first name,
address, phone number, e-mail, date of birth, etc.), with
the flexibility for multiple e-mails, addresses and phone numbers.
- Enter and
manage data on parents or guardians.
- Record
information for medical documents.
- Citizen/family
file update.
- Display activities
in schedule mode with emphasis on the conflicts.
- Search for
time slots assigned to the chosen activity.
- Management
of waitlists associated to activities attendance confirmation.
- Display
group activities on-line or not.
- Enter and
manage memberships with renewals.
- Activities on-line payment via an authorized payment server
- Historical data on attended activities
