Registration
Module
This
module allows different modes of registration, either by phone
or through a computer connected to the Internet.
Registration
of participants to one or many activities involves various validations:
- Availability
- Registration
prerequisite associated to the contact manager file
- Search for
time slots assigned to the chosen activity.
- Client
file update
- Management
of waitlists
- Minimal number
of participants per course
This
module permits :
- The choice
of one or more activities by contact manager
- Payment on-line
processing via a payment server
- Transfer
of one person between groups ‘registration modification’
- Consultation
of activities by group
- Registration
management and statistics ‘administrator mode’
- Attendance
management ‘administrator
mode’
- Billing by
session (ex.: course) recurrent billing
(ex.: training room;
with a warning and interrogation for receivables)
