Activities Module

This module allows you to create and manage activities offered by the municipality within a predetermined time.

The module allows you to:

• Enter and manage a data base for activities (a price, a prerequisite, a set of discounts, an additional fee, the % of registrations through the Internet, a person in charge, availability of the activity to the public or not, location of the activity, the minimum and maximum, etc.).
• Manage various tarification policies with automatic applications (resident/non-resident and/or according to age group) and adds manually any other subjective criteria.
• Display activities in schedule mode with emphasis on the conflicts.
• Create activities of a session from activities of a past session ‘duplicate function’.
• Create and manage sessions by each activity.
• Assign activities to facility/time slot availability with validation.
• Display group activities on-line or not.
