Reservation System

This system is the logical continuation to reserve facilities or individuals of contact manager registered in interaction with the activity module and the resource module.

This module ensures the following functions :

  • Facility/time slot availability reservations.
  • Equipment reservations.
  • Human resource reservations.
  • Service reservations.
  • Links the human resource reservations to certain facility/time slot availability reservations.
  • Billing by hour.
  • Billing by session.
  • When a resource reservation is booked all other reservations are blocked automatically.
  • Internet reservations.
  • Cancellation fee possible by billing.
  • Calculates automatically fees according to the current prices.
